These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, turf bookings, coaching sessions, tournaments, training programs, and any cricket-related activity conducted at our premises in Hosur. By accessing our website or participating in any activity, you agree to these Terms.
2. Terms of Use (Website)
• The content on this website is for informational purposes only.
• You agree not to misuse the website for unlawful purposes.
• We reserve the right to modify or update content, pricing, or policies without prior notice.
• Bookings made through the website are subject to availability and confirmation.
• All payments once confirmed are subject to the cancellation policy mentioned separately.
3. Participation & Risk Acknowledgement
Cricket is a physically demanding sport that involves running, batting, bowling, fielding, use of hard balls and equipment, and risk of slips, falls, or collisions.
By participating in any coaching session, turf booking, or tournament conducted by Aaradhya Institute of Cricket, you acknowledge that:
• You are aware of the inherent risks involved.
• You voluntarily agree to participate.
• You understand that injuries may occur including sprains, fractures, muscle injuries, concussions, or other serious injuries.
4. Injury Disclaimer
Aaradhya Institute of Cricket shall not be held responsible for:
• Any injury sustained during practice, coaching, match play, or turf booking.
• Any accidental injury caused by self, other players, or external factors.
• Loss of personal belongings during participation.
• Any medical emergency occurring during participation.
Participation is entirely at your own risk.
5. No Liability Clause
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aaradhya Institute of Cricket, its owners, coaches, staff, employees, management, and affiliates shall not be liable for personal injury, death, temporary or permanent disability, medical expenses, property damage, or any consequential or indirect damages arising from participation in any activity.
6. Medical Responsibility Clause
• Participants are solely responsible for their own medical expenses.
• The Institute does not provide medical insurance coverage.
• The participant confirms that they are medically fit to participate.
• In case of emergency, we may arrange first aid or emergency assistance, but the cost shall be borne by the participant or guardian.
We strongly recommend participants to have personal accident insurance coverage.
7. Indemnity Clause
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aaradhya Institute of Cricket, its owners, staff, and affiliates against any claims, legal actions, losses, liabilities, damages, or costs including legal fees arising out of your participation, violation of these Terms, negligence on your part, or injury caused to other participants by you.
8. Minors
For participants under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign the Participation Waiver and accepts full responsibility for the minor’s participation.

Participants must follow coach instructions, use equipment responsibly, maintain discipline, and avoid abusive or dangerous behavior. The Institute reserves the right to remove any participant violating safety rules.
